The focus of the diversified training programmes BARTEC offers is on practical activities within operations and on the theoretical contents in vocational school. Furthermore, we afford our trainees various opportunities for continued development, not only professionally but also personally. Our junior staff manage their own projects with challenging tasks at an early stage in their training in order to support an independent work style and to allow room for creativity. From the get-go, our vocational training programmes include getting to know each other, building trust, developing solidarity, working on innovative solutions.
Our tried and tested start-up workshop is designed to enhance the capacity for teamwork and self-reliance. After a successful orientation period, our trainees can start their work for BARTEC and their studies well-equipped.
