We understand this cannot always be possible so BARTEC VODEC Site service department can also facilitate 24hr emergency response to support the products and systems and help ensure all technical queries are met with in a timely manner.
Damaged or inactive equipment also receive the highest level of support with our latest improved online “Returns” process. This allows clients more rapid and precise logging of faults and reduces the time to rectify faults locally. All non warranty repairs are provided with an additional 12 months warranty, and operate a simple return to base warranty.
