There are several possibilities of data processing. The laboratory has to decide which variant ist the most convenient one. Some possibilities of data processing are listed up
below:
- Creation of a test batch which takes over the data of an analyses batch. After this, the tour data and other analysis data are allocated by means of the barcode.
- Creation of a test batch which takes over the data of a tour / the tours of a dairy. After this, the appropriate analysis data are allocated by means of the barcode.
- Creation of a test batch with the data of a transposing table, subsequent allocation of the appropriate tour data and analysis data by means of a barcode.
- Based on the existing tours, test batches are created by means of the export function. The analysis data are allocated to the test batches by means of the barcode.
- Based on the existing analysis batches, test batches are created by means of the export function. The tour data are allocated to the test batches.
Only the variants described above, where an allocation via barcode is carried out, guarantee an unambiguous allocation of the data. As the laboratory equipment is not always suitable for this processing type, the program admits other kinds of data allocation.
- An existing test batch can be complemented by manual entry of data.
- A test batch is created where the data are entered manually.
- A test batch is created which takes over the data of an analysis batch (without barcode). After this, the appropriate suppliers are entered manually. Other analyses can be taken over sequentially if the number of samples is the same.
- By means of files containing a sequenze of suppliers, a test batch is established. After that, analysis batches which contain the same quantity of samples can be allocated sequentially.
All manual entries are marked within the data sets and are protocolled in appropriate logfiles if the appropriate setting has been made.
