You can move all input data to the appropriate folders by using a drag-and-drop operation. They can also be passed by means of the menu item "import data". In the MILAB-HLK program, the
data are passed automatically to the "tour data" folder if the appropriate settings have been carried out. The program MILAB-HLK serves to read the semiconductor cassettes. It can be configured so that the data are read automatically and then stored in the "tout data" folder of the program MILAB-WIN. |
