Flashing Lamps for Ex Areas
For an early warning against dangerous situations and an early detection of damages, machines and systems are equipped with optical signal transmitters. The new BARTEC flashing lights designed for 5 Ws and 15 Ws in protection type IP66/67 provide this warning and signaling capacity in explosion-hazardous areas. They do not only stand out for their high mechanical stability resulting from their compact shape and for their aesthetically appealing and elaborate design. They particularly convince with their manifold application possibilities in zones 1 and 2 as well as in zones 21 and 22: they are suitable both for gas and for dust applications and in the explosion groups IIA, IIB and IIC, standard models can be used in the highest temperature class T6 between -40°C and +40°C. Special models can even be used for temperatures extending to -55°C.
The flashing lights are designed for continuous operation. They are activated by switching on the supply voltage and they are available in several colors and different types of operating voltage from 12 V DC up to 230 V AC. They consist of a small pressure-resistant aluminium casing for the electronic components and a glass calotte made of hardened borosilicate glass. The connection area is designed in the ignition protection type ”increased safety“.
Flexible and maintenance-free in operation, these flashing lights are suitable for inside and outside use and for any operating positions.
