ComEx - An Innovative On-Site Command and Display Program
In different standard casings and with different facings, each in combination with the switching modules and luminous modules, ComEx made by BARTEC presents itself as a system with highest flexibility. The connection technology with stuffing glands or cable glands offers international and at the same time simple connection possibilities. The ComEx casings are either made of highly impact-proof plastic or available in stainless steel. Both casing series as well as every individual display and switching element are certified for the use in explosion-hazardous areas of zone 1 and zone 21.
Due to the lower side walls, the connection terminals are easily accessible and provide for a comfortable cable connection. The electric connection takes place via a cable screwing M20 x 1,5 or via cable glands with integrated grounding system. The plastic casings can be assembled with closed covers and flanged to each other with only one connecting screw. Molded catches at the front sides guarantee a twist-proof stability.
Metal screwings with integrated metal plates for reinforced cables, M25 screwings or two screwings for the connection and for the combination of the connection cables allow a high flexibility in planning and installation.
The switching modules and luminous modules distinguish themselves by their assembly-friendliness and their multi-functionality. A switching capacity of up to 16 A and connection voltages of AC 24 V/48 V/110 V and 230 V or DC 24 V/48 V with only one luminous module guarantee easy planning and highest flexibility in assembling. The combination of keys and displays in a luminous pushbutton or a double pushbutton in an element round off the portfolio. These modules can be engaged quickly and easily on the integrated support rail.
All elements are also available for front plate mounting. There is the possibility to use clamps in order to design a user-tailored operator station. A further variant with a pre-installed hose line enables the constructor to design an own switch panel whose elements are in the Ex area but whose connection is carried out in the safe area.
