Through the worldwide presence, BARTEC is always there, where our customers need support: with timely deliveries, with advice and with a good infrastructure on site.
If you have a specific service request after purchasing a BARTEC product, you will find the experts responsible for you within the different product areas or you have the possibility to initiate a repair using our RMA process.
Please note: Servicing will not be done on public holidays or days designated by BARTEC as the company’s free days.
