PSBL system   The PSBL is a self-limiting parallel heating cable (heating tape) with a heat output of 10 W/m to 27,5W/m (PSBL10 to PSBL30). The electrically conductive plastic matrix inside it reacts to the change of the ambient temperature in a self-regulating way by increasing or decreasing the heat output. With an insulating cover made of polyolefin, the heating tape is resistant to watery and anorganic chemicals and suitable for use in non-explosion hazardous and industrial areas up to a maximally admissible workpiece temperature of +65°C. With an insulating cover made of fluor polymer, the heating tape is resistant to humidity and anorganic chemicals and suitable for use in non-explosion hazardous and industrial areas up to a maximally admissible workpiece temperature of +65°C (power ON).
 
PSB system   The PSB is a self-limiting parallel heating cable (heating tape) with a heat output of 10 W/m to 29,7W/m (PSB10 to PSB33). The electrically conductive plastic matrix inside it reacts to the change of the ambient temperature in a self-regulating way by increasing or decreasing the heat output. With an insulating cover made of polyolefin, the heating tape is resistant to watery and anorganic chemicals and suitable for use in explosion-hazardous and industrial areas (EN60079) up to a maximally admissible workpiece temperature of +65°C (power ON, +85°C power OFF – cumulative 1000h). With an insulating cover made of fluor polymer, the heating tape is resistant to humidity and anorganic chemicals and suitable for use in explosion-hazardous and industrial areas (EN60079) up to a maximally admissible workpiece temperature of +65°C (power ON, +85°C power OFF – cumulative 1000h). The self-regulating temperature behavior prevents the heating cable (heating tape) from overheating even if it is laid one upon the other.
 
HSB system   The HSB is a self-limiting parallel heating cable (heating tape) with a heat output of 10 W/m to 54 W/m (HSB10 to HSB60). The electrically conductive plastic matrix inside it reacts to the change of the ambient temperature in a self-regulating way by increasing or decreasing the heat output. With an insulating cover made of fluor polymer, the heating tape is resistant to excessive humidity, acids, bases, salts, seawater and hydrocarbons and suitable for use in explosion-hazardous and industrial areas (EN60079) up to a maximally admissible workpiece temperature of +120°C (power ON, +190°C power OFF – cumulative 1000h). The self-regulating temperature behavior prevents the heating cable (heating tape) from overheating even if it is laid one upon the other.
 
HTSB system   The HTSB is a self-limiting parallel heating cable (heating tape) with a heat output of 10 W/m to 98W/m (HTSB16 to HTSB98). The electrically conductive plastic matrix inside it reacts to the change of the ambient temperature in a self-regulating way by increasing or decreasing the heat output. With an insulating cover made of fluor polymer, the heating tape is resistant to excessive humidity, acids, bases, salts, seawater and hydrocarbons and suitable for use in non-explosion hazardous and industrial areas (EN60079) up to a maximally admissible workpiece temperature of +190°C (power ON, +232°C power OFF – cumulative 1000h). The self-regulating temperature behavior prevents the heating cable (heating tape) from overheating even if it is laid one upon the other.
 
EKL system   The EKL is an electric single-core heating cable with a constant power output per meter of cable length. The customized production allows an optimal price/performance ratio. With an insulating cover made of top-quality corrosion-proof plastic materials, the heating cable is constantly suitable for extreme applications and for use in explosion-hazardous or industrial areas up to an admissible workpiece temperature of +260°C (non- explosive ambiance light variant) or, respectively, +195°C / +200°C (explosive ambiance, medium / premium variant).
 
EMK system   The EMK is an electric single-core heating cable with constant power output per meter of cable length. The customized production allows an optimal price/performance ratio. With a mineral insulating cover made of top-quality temperature-resistant and mechanically robust materials, the heating cable is constantly suitable for extreme applications and for use in explosion-hazardous or industrial areas up to an admissible maximal workpiece temperature of +400°C / +600°C/ +650°C.
