RMA Form

RMA process procedure

1. As the first step please download the available Procedure Guide.
Here you can find the detailed description of how to handle the RMA process correctly.
2. Please download the provided RMA Form. Once you have completed and signed it,
please send it to services@bartec.de, alternatively by Fax to +49 7931 597-119.
3. Our Returns Centre will return the RMA Form with valid RMA Number to you within 2 working days. Please note: if the RMA Forms are not completed in full, there may be processing delays.
4. As a last step, copy the confirmed RMA Form with the issued RMA Number twice: please attach one copy clearly visible on the outside of all your return dispatches and enclose the second copy with the product.

Servicing will not be done on public holidays or days designated by BARTEC
as the company’s free days.
